JOB PURPOSE Engineer 3, Asset Management will apply advanced-level engineering principles to the development and maintenance of the asset management system, which includes electric, gas, and water operations; facilities; and provides asset functionality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Apply advanced-level engineering principles to perform, develop, set up, and maintain asset management system and processes for facilities and electric, gas, and water operations, which consist of asset groups, asset categories, asset attributes, activities, failure sets, and preventative maintenance (PM) schedules. Provide advanced-level analysis of asset functionality by monitoring trends, cost, failure history, and PM schedules. Training end users on Oracle asset management system including asset hierarchy, cost, and failure analysis. Act as liaison between facilities, engineering and operation areas; and plant accounting to ensure accuracy of assets. Stay abreast of the latest developments in asset management. Operate Division vehicles and the utilization of computer hardware equipment and software applications. Perform other duties as directed.
