We are hiring experienced Pipe Foremen to support large-scale, long-term commercial and data center construction projects in the Dallas (Red Oak) area.
This role exists due to continued growth and expansion, not turnover. You will play a key leadership role overseeing piping trade work on complex, high-profile projects where quality, safety, and craftsmanship matter.
Our projects are local and stable, with a consistent jobsite and predictable schedule. We take pride in building critical infrastructure and providing an environment where strong foremen are trusted, supported, and given room to grow.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
As a Pipe Foreman, you will lead and coordinate piping trade activities on active construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising, coordinating, and mentoring pipefitters and subcontracted crews
- Planning work activities, manpower needs, and daily schedules to meet construction timelines
- Reviewing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation
- Preparing material take-offs and identifying tools, equipment, and materials required for each phase of work
- Measuring, fitting, assembling, and verifying pipe installations as needed
- Inspecting work in progress and completed work to ensure quality and compliance
- Signing off on piping work performed by assigned crews
- Coordinating material staging, storage, and tool usage on site
- Identifying conflicts, discrepancies, or clarifications needed in construction documents
- Enforcing safety standards, eliminating jobsite hazards, and performing safety observations
- Stepping in with tools when required to keep work on schedule

- Commercial and data center construction projects

Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Minimal overtime
- Paid weekly
- Hourly pay range typically between Min $32.02 and Mid $42.67, with flexibility to exceed based on experience and fit
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferred: 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Pipe Foreman or Foreman Pipefitter
- Strong commercial construction background (MEP experience preferred)
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors
- Solid understanding of construction procedures, tools, and equipment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Comfortable being hands-on when the job requires it
